Hello. According to the shipment search engine, hanging my shipment RV366382949CN since 2020.03.19. still in Guangzhou. Why? Thank you. Regards

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RV366382949CN is still in Guangzhou since Mar 19. It is still in Guangzhou airport.

this kind of tracking number starting with R is called China Post register airmail parcel. This is a slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% international airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to aliexpress for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
