Post Shipment Tracking

I am needing helping finding out where my shipment is. Tracking Number: UT229635368CN. It says that it's been sitting in San Francisco since the end of October 2019.

I am getting pretty upset about how long this has taken to arrive as I ordered it back at the beginning of September 2019.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left China. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

Normally if you can not get this kind parcel after 60 days, you can consider it is lost. You need open dispute to seller for refund.
