Dear China Post support

Are you able to help me with the below shipment?
CP249068600PL

Last infromation is about customs being processed. However nothing for two weeks.
Please help me get more information on this.
This is a return of a wrongly shipped product and the seller is awaiting this package for a long time

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP249068600PL shows the latest update of the parcel is Customs Clearance Processed on Aug.7 in Wuhan, Usually if the package arrived China for a week and still under customs processing, you need contact receiver to call China Post hot line 11185 immediately for the details.
