What is the update for LE729960856CN? It kept rejected by the airport and now it has already expired in transportation!!!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LE729960856CN shows the package was returned many times due to security check. No need to worry to much about status "expired" on some tracking website, but since it has been 3 month it is good idea to ask for buyer extension as there is still updates about the package, or open a dispute to claim refund
