RP116220007CN please assist me, my order was done since 29 November up to now I didn't received any feedback on how far is my shipment. I'm in South Africa

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RP116220007CN shows the parcel was sent to airline company on Dec 4.

After sent to airline, normally it will wait 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight space to South Africa, then it will wait another 4 to 8 weeks to pass South Africa customs clearance. Total time can take 12 weeks.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
