hi ,i have a DHL package from UK with order No. LY961049510DE which has been in the status of "Customs clearance in progress" since 11th Oct with no further updated since then. Can i ask for help of checking what happens to my package? Thank you.

LY961049510DE arrived in Shenzhen on Oct 10. It is still held in the customs because the recipient has not made customs declaration.
Please ask recipient to use 掌上海关 APP to make online customs clearance asap. Otherwise China Post can not make delivery.
