Tracking shows delivered to my house but never was. Item is pieces of large furniture and shows it was left at my mailbox, which I know that it was too big to leave at mailbox.

I have tracking info but nothing else.

Email of shipper shows sfuehouehg no [email protected]

I have tried the website but it is not available.

I have sent email to [email protected] but no response.

furnitures can not be delivered by China Post. You must have been scammed.

You need open dispute to shoplift or PayPal and claim refund.
