I placed an order in January from eternalrose.com and they gave me tracking # LW476627811CN and LW484651485CN. These tracking numbers show nothing. Please help

usps.com shows LW476627811CN has been processed through our facility in ISC SAN FRANCISCO (USPS) at 6:24 am on February 14, 2020. You will get it very soon.

LW484651485CN is fake number. your seller did not ship you anything.
