Jordan Post website shows the parcel arrived Jordan, AMMAN on Dec 20. Status : Unsuccessful item delivery attempt (Inb), Reason : item not ready to pick up still under processing, Measure : Item held; waiting for further action/information

You need contact Jordan Post to pickup the parcel asap.
