ZS31886006599 was delivered to Delivered in LOVELAND， OH 45140on Oct 31.

If you didn't get the parcel, you must be a victim of a complicated shopping scam. The cheater shipped some cheap junk to another address in your area because he/she needs a "Delivered" tracking result in order to get payment from online payment authority(paypal, shopify etc).
