I'm a bit confused here. I live in UK and I've been waiting for my delivery number LX143831842CN since 15/05/2020. On 22/05/2020 the item located in Shanghai shows that the "item was leaving overseas" and then 13 days later on 04/06/2020 it shows "sender preparing item". Can i know what does this mean please? Did my delivery got returned back to the sender?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LX143831842CN shows the parcel was sent to shanghai airport on May 22 . It is in the airport waiting for flight to UK, no lost, no return and no need worry.

Coronavirus has badly delayed shipment from China. Average waiting time to UK is about 50 days. You just need some more time. Once parcel arrives UK, above page will show arrival info.
