Hello,

i'm searching for infos about a few orders, first LX073281457CN, was allegedly send on 22th March, but i still don't see anything.

LO904895692CN was send 11th March, last movement 15th March

LX076657786CN according to the seller it arrived in my country some time ago and i should wait a few days till my country is processing the shipment, but my post office told me this shipment has not arrived yet.

LO944184815CN was shipped by air nearly a month ago, but it never arrived in my country.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows all your parcels are still in China.

Covid-19 has cancelled most of the airlines from China to Europe, many parcels shipped in February are still in China, you need to wait some more time.

Once parcel arrives Austria, Austria Post website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

the seller for LX076657786CN did not increase the protection time because he said it has arrived in my country.. i asked twice for it :(

Both China Post and Austria Post database shows LX076657786CN are still in China. Your seller is cheating.
