Post Scarf instead of JBL speaker

Hello,
I ordered a JBL speaker and I got a scarf instead of it. I checked the status of delivery and it says my speaker has already arrived with the tracking no: LO840151045CN (which is my speaker's tracking number). It did arrived but I found the scarf instead. On the package I have the contact to the underwear factory where the scarf is from. Should I contact them or is it the right place I'm writing to?

obviously your seller is a cheater. you are scammed.

if you purchased from ebay/amazon/aliexpress, you need open dispute for 'goods not as described' and claim refund.
