http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW699194969CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Wuhan office to USA on Oct 10.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Wuhan ,China or customs warehouse in USA ). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(your parcel seems to be delayed in some place outside China) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with USA location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
