Hope i can get help here
Tracking number : RV959756837CN
11 Jul 2019 - Logistics order has been created
27 Jul 2019 - Import customs clearance Shenzhen

there is no more update and it take very very long time.
please can you help and update it or tell me why this happen ?

RV959756837CN was rejected by Guangzhou airport safety check point. It was returned to shipper in Shenzhen. You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for non-arrival order.

why it rejected he already send me same product before
and now when i try to open case the seller show tracking info that its on the way still
and i cant get my money back + cant get my goods.

can you update the tracking number to show it been reject and return to the seller so i can open paypal case again ?

you can open dispute to paypal now , no need any further update and there won't be any more update.
