Do you know where my parcel is? It has not moved in a while. When purchased it said it was supposed to take 10-15 days, but has been longer

This kind R***CN is a economical class airmail. It is slow and cheap service. First , it can not be tracked after it left China Post last scanning point. So the status of Nov 22 probably is the last status you can see. You can not know it is in Japan, Hong Kong, USA or Canada now.

Based on our stat, your parcel will arrives after Xmas holiday, so your seller's 10 - 15 days arrival estimation is misleading, you have long time to wait.

Yeah only way to get 10-15 day shipping is if you're buying Express shipping options, Economical is usually a month or more. Sellers tell you what you want to hear because they want to make a sale.
