http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV451524475CN shows the parcel arrived in Vilnius Lithuania on Jun.30.

Vilnius is the 1st entrance railway hub to EU. ChinaPost parcel normally will stay here for about 2 weeks for import processing, sorting and then take another one or two weeks to transit to other kind of land transportation vehicles.

Once the parcel in Italy, the China Post website will update the arrival info.Suggest you wait patiently.
