Since Lilnius is the 1st entrance railway hub to EU. ChinaPost parcel normally will stay here for about 2-3 weeks for import processing, sorting and then transit to other kind of land transportation vehicles. Suggest you wait patiently.

Once the parcel arrive in Ireland, it should be handled by Ireland Post, you can track it base on the website .http://track-chinapost.com/start_irelandpost.php
