Hello, I write for parcel RV428882845CN. It results stuck in Vilnius from the 30th june and it hasn't arrived in Italy. Also the tracking has expired. Has it been lost? Thanks in advance

Our record shows the trains arrived Vilnius just finished customs clearance 10 days ago and sorting last week. Some parcels to UK has just arrived UK. Parcels to Italy normally will take one more week later than UK. so your parcel will arrive Italy between Aug 4 to Aug 16. Please be patient.
