I order something in April and I'm still waiting for my order. On this site is showing me my order is in Lithuania for more than a month. How can I find out when I will get my order or to get my money back?

Vilnius is the 1st entrance railway hub to EU. ChinaPost parcel normally will stay here for about 2 to 4 weeks for import processing, sorting and then take another one or two weeks to transit to other kind of land transportation vehicles.
