HELP!! Why has my package been stuck in Vilnius for the past 13 days? It has so far been in transit for about 6 weeks. This is totally unacceptable

Your package was received by China Post May 22 and is shipped by Sino-European railway June 1. It has been in Vilnius since June 8 waiting for EU customs clearance. According to our Stats, your package should arrive around June 25 to July 5th
