Hi can you help me track this package please ? Tracking number is RV412749715CN the company said the pending status was normal but it has been a while now and i'm wondering if i should contact the company for a refund.

Tracking number is not valid. Seller has never shipped your goods. You have to push him sent goods. Open up claim on aliexpress/paypal before it's too late.
