Hi, wow last scan was made on April 17th: http://postal.ninja/en/track/x19b10 I would contact the seller so he/she calls China Post to check what is going on with your parcel, it`s been already 4 months it was sent. In a case there is nothing to do I would ask for refund.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV393403351CN shows the parcel was received by China Post on Apr.15, the latest updates is "Departure from Regional Sorting Center" on Apr.17 in Guangzhou, and no updates since then.
I think the package should already been lost. suggest you contact the seller or the website which you order the purchase to open dispute for refund.
