http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV390747741CN shows the parcel was received April 14 and is still waiting for flight out. If your buyer protection is expiring you may open dispute, or you can choose to wait for a while as at this time it takes much longer than usual for parcel to arrive
