I would like to know if there is an estimated date to send from china to chile the package RV384586033CN.
I undestand the dalay because the pandemic, but also i would like to know what expect about this.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV384586033CN shows the parcel was returned to shipper in Foshan. You will not get this parcel in future.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
