This parcel is waiting from 2020-06-15 14:12:37 Vilnius,Lithuania Vilnius,Lithuania. Its a very long time, please could you help me find information about or contact them how to solve the problem. thank you.

Hi, I`m not sure the scans you mention are correct cause here the last scan shows that it did not leave China yet: http://myparcels.net/parcel.php?tracking=RV383580723CN I would contact the sender so he/she calls China Post to check what is going on with your package cause it`s been already 4 months since it was sent. I know that it takes much longer bc of covid but 4 months it`s a long time.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV383580723CN shows the parcel has arrived in Vilnius,Lithuaniu on Jun.15.
Vilnius is the 1st entrance railway hub to EU. China Post parcel normally will stay here for about 2-3 weeks for import processing, sorting and then transit to other kind of land transportation vehicles.
Once the parcel arrive in Czech, it should be handled by Czech Post .
Suggest you wait patiently, and watch for your buyer protection period, if it is expiring, you must ask the seller or the website which you order the purchase to extend the protection or open dispute for refund.
