http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RV358464938CN was shipped from China to Philippines on Mar 7. It was sent to Guangzhou airport on Mar 19 and is still there.

this kind of tracking number starting with R is called China Post register airmail parcel. This is a slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% international airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait. Once parcel arrives Philippines, Philippines Post website will show its arrival info.

Remember that Philippines Post does not make delivery, you need pickup the parcel from Philippines Post.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to aliexpress for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
