When will my parcel arrive? It says unsuccessful delivery ZA71914 but we where at the delivery address. Thank you!

South Africa Post website shows RV107597594CN arrived South Africa Post office in KWELERA on Aug 23. You need contact S.A.Post and go to that post office to pickup your parcel asap. Otherwise it will be returned to China.
