Dear,
With the tracking number RU405259416NL, when I consult it, it tells me that it does not exist and when I claim the company where I buy the product, it tells me that there may be delays in seeing the tracking information.
Can you inform me if this tracking number is correct? or is it fake?

RU405259416NL has nothing to do with china post, it is Netherlands Post tracking number. Some Chinese seller use Netherlands Post to ship battery item. The parcel will be shipped to Netherlands first (takes about 10 to 15 days), then transit from Netherlands to other countries.

You can track the parcel in Netherlands Post website, but normally it won't show any result before the parcel arrives Netherlands.

Dear,

But the product that I supposedly bought is from China, with shipping to the American continent. I don't know what Norway has to do.
Therefore, I do not understand why the tracking cannot be done since the company sent a package tracking number.

Netherlands Post website shows RU405259416NL destination is Argentina. If your country is not Argentina, you are scammed. You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress against fraud.
