The parcel is lost, it was stolen between the customs and the postman in Egypt

The parcel left Netherlands on Jun 22. Egypt Post website shows it arrived Egypt on Jul 15. If you haven't got the parcel, it should be lost.

If you paid with PayPal/aliexpress/shopify, you need open dispute for refund.
