the parcel has deliver problem(normally this is caused by wrong or incomplete address). you should ask recipient call 11185 and pickup the parcel from china post shenzhen office.

I have some dudes and I think that the recipient is lying to me. He told me that he went to the post office but the post office asked him to provide a proof. Could it be? Could I know if he really has gone to the post office to pick up this parcel? Thanks.
