Hello. I have been waiting for a package sent from China for almost a month already. The tracking muber is RP802217038CN and the last update I can see is from 15th of November (sent by airline in Shenzen). How long does this take ?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RP802217038CN was shipped from Shenzhen to Netherlands on Nov 15. As Netherlands Post does not scan China Post register airmail. Nov 15 Beijing status is the last you can track about this parcel. there will be No more update.

Now is Holiday shopping rush season, waiting time might take 30 to 50 days. If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.
