Security check returned for the 5th time, seller is rejecting to step in and help. Can this parcel be shipped by air or not?

If your parcel keeps returning from security check point, it is a bad news. I suggest you wait one more week, if it still keeps returning again and again, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
