Hi according to the tracking information my parcel has not moved since the 18th August could you please advise when it will be delivered as in am awaiting a refund for the item

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RN381774545GB shows the parcel never arrived China. It is still on the way to China.

Normally such Royal Mail parcel will take 4 to 6 weeks to reach China, you need some patient.
