This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. However since December 7 my tracking number just says shipment delayed. What does that mean?? 12 days already and nothing has changed.

It won’t. I ordered tons of things it’s been four months. Don’t order unless it’s in us it’s a scam. From the site u have given your card number to

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=RH996062471CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you ARE scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
