Hi my parcel has been stuck in Putian, Fujian Province sorting centre since the 4th January do you think there is a problem with this. Its a return for a purchase I made and I'm running out of time to receive my refund PLEASE HELP

Your parcel is in china post office 莆田市凤凰山支局. ask your receiver to call china post hotline 11185 and go to that post office to pickup the parcel
