Hallo ich habe eine Retoure zurück nach China geschickt und die soll seit den 28.08.2026 dort noch in der Zollabfertigung stecken. Ist das richtig und wenn ja wie lange dauert denn dort die Abfertigung? Die Sendungsnummer ist CR915411276DE. Ich hoffe sie können mir weiter helfen

CR915411276DE arrived in Yiwu on Aug 28. The parcel is held in customs because the seller has not made customs declaration. Mail& Package Delivery

You need ask recipietn to use 掌上海关 APP to make online customs declaration otherwise the item can not be delivered.
