RP608389305CN was shipped on Jun 19. Since 2 months ago. parcel from China to Turkey becomes very very slow. Many parcels take over 2 month to reach Turkey.

You might need wait some more time. If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for lost parcel refund.
