http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW812601004CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shanghai office to US on Nov 9. Normally ePacket will arrive USA in 2 to 3 weeks. your parcel is very likely to be lost.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, please open dispute for refund.
