Why is my package stuck at customs for so long im Guangzhou? How do I know if it’s lost?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CH099185988US shows the parcel arrived in Guangzhou on Jun.15, and it is being processed by Customs.
Suggest you contact the China Local Post for the parcels details.

Usually when package arrived China, it will be delivered to receiver within one week. If the package has been stuck in Customs more than one week, you need contact with the receiver to call China Post Hot line 11185 immediately to pay duty and pick up the package. Otherwise the package might get lost
