This is the delivery report for London, which shows the item as delivered to my address—this is false. The package has never arrived at my address. I will wait one week; otherwise, I will automatically demand a refund through the local authorities.

We believe your seller printed the wrong address, and we are almost certain it was done intentionally. This is a classic online shopping scam!

Here is how this type of scam works: Scammers first list a well-known brand product on a website and attract buyers with a so-called "discounted price" that is far below market value. Once a buyer places an order, they send a piece of junk to a random address within the buyer’s zip code area. When the tracking status shows "Delivered," the credit card payment gateway verifies whether the delivery zip code matches the buyer’s. If it matches, the credit card company releases the funds to the seller.

Please contact your credit card company as soon as possible to report this fraud. In the future, remember not to buy things on these unknown websites using a credit card—it is very risky!
