I return an item from Greece to China.the item is not moving through the network since 12/4/19.is it common?when will it arrive?can somebody please help?tracking number Re832418342gr

RE832418342GR is in China Post Guangzhou international office. You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.

Thanx for the reply.i am returning the item to banggood.so you tell me to contact with banggood and tell them to try to pick it up on their own?it is not going to released by itself in a few days?

you need contact seller. the parcel arrived Guangzhou over 2 weeks ago. Normally it should have been delivered in one week if everything is ok. If not, normally it means the parcel has delivery or customs clearance problem and need receiver to arrange pickup.
