Please tell me it passed the safety check point

The item is just a hat / cap

I still don’t understand it is 2020 and machine mistakes

One time might occur ....okay

But twice and three times and then stays on a loop

And why is the reason all parcels are in one carton and if one is not okay then all rejected
In that way i think it will never ever arrive
