That is not a house address. Who was the local carrier that delivered?

There was a physical address on the order.

What was the canadian tracking number and who delivered it

Such ZA**** parcel does not have Canada Post tracking number. It is delivered by private contractor.

You are very likely to be a victim of online shopping scam. The seller intensionally shipped some junk to a wrong address. Read following article for the reason:
