LO921317748CN is still in Fuzhou waiting for flight to UK.

Fuzhou airport has serious delay since Feb. If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute for refund, otherwise keep waiting.

All your parcels are still in Fuzhou and Shanghai airport waiting for flight space to UK. you need wait at least 2 more weeks to see new update.

Once parcel arrives UK, royal mail/parcelforce website will show arrival info.

Coronavirus has cancelled many airlines from china to UK. Average waiting time is about 6 weeks. check here for ETA time:

still waiting on reply for this please help 10 weeks and waiting and still can't get refunded
