http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO080183588CN shows the order just arrived UK on Sep 2. Royal Mail website also shows the parcel just left Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Centre, United Kingdom.

You will get it very soon. You can contact your local Royal Mail office for delivery detail.
