I placed the order in ONE FIT about 2 months ago and it hasn't arrived yet. The tracking number is RV120692816CN. Help me please !!!!

Colombia Post(4-72) website shows the parcel has arrived Colombia on Aug 21(CD.MURILLO TORO, Envío entregado exitosamente!).

You need contact your local post office to pickup the parcel.
