I ordered Robotic Vacuum and still have no joy of it. LO241551414CN Where is my parcel???

LO241551414CN is fake number. your seller did not ship you anything. Normally China Post ePacket can not be over 2kgs. So I don't think your seller seriously want ship you a real robot vacuum. you are very likely to be scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute against fraud asap.
