VY00000002526976 is not China Post parcel. It is from a private shipping agent vyangexpress. vyangexpress website shows VY00000002526976 was picked up by someone in CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, US, Collected at Cargo Terminal on Aug 16.

If you didn't pick up the item at all, then based on the information above, we believe you were definitely scammed. Your seller provided someone else's tracking number and used its delivery confirmation to claim the payment from your credit card issuer. Please report the fraud to your bank as soon as possible.
