I equally have a parcel that was shipped in July (around the last days of July) but it was never delivered. I have tried tracking it severally bu there hasn't been any update. My concern now is that the order will be closed in eight hours time from now. could you advise me on what action I should take? the tracking ID of the parcel is UR674477686CN. Thank you

UR674477686CN was shipped on july 29.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
